Custom Event Apparel for Corporate Events, Community Events, Festivals, and all the Biggest Celebrations

No Minimum Order — Rush Production in 2-9 Business Days

Event Apparel Runs on One Date, With No Room for Mistakes

Event planning runs on deadlines that do not move, even when apparel decisions get pushed to the final week. Coordinating matching outfits across dozens or hundreds of staff and volunteers creates sizing errors, mismatched colors, and design approvals that drag out across email threads.

No Minimum Order

A single custom concert t-shirt and a 500-piece festival run move through the identical production process.

Rush Production

2 to 9 business days for rush orders - plus same-day service when an event date moves up unexpectedly.

Digital Mockup Approval

Every order includes a digital mockup step before printing - no surprises on event day.

Complete Event Merchandise Across Canada

Events need more than apparel. Custom promotional merchandise, such as tote bags, drinkware, lanyards, and notepads, rounds out a complete event package alongside custom merch.

Merch Express ships custom merch Canada orders nationwide, making this one of the more affordable custom merchandise options for events that span multiple provinces, and custom merchandise Calgary orders move through this same network for local events. Organizers comparing the best custom merchandise for events usually weigh three factors: turnaround speed, no-minimum ordering, and consistent print quality across a large headcount. All three are standard here, not paid upgrades.

Custom clothing Canada orders ship from the same Calgary production floor handling local events, so quality stays consistent whether an order serves one city or several.

FAQs

Can I Order Custom Apparel in Small Quantities?

Yes, there's no minimum order on any item in this collection. A single custom concert t-shirt and a 500-piece festival run ship through the identical production process, so small event orders receive the same print quality as bulk runs.

Turnaround Time for Custom Apparel Orders: What's Normal?

Standard production takes 10 business days from art approval to completion. Rush production cuts that window to 2 to 9 business days for a 10% rush fee, which covers most event deadlines without sacrificing print quality.

How to Create Matching Outfits for Event Staff or Volunteers

Match one garment style, one print location, and one color set across the team. Embroidered polo shirts or custom vests in matching colors create a uniform look for conference staff, while customized hoodies suit volunteer teams working outdoor festivals and summer events.

Can I Order Custom Apparel With Rush Delivery?

Yes, rush production ships custom apparel in 2 to 9 business days. Same-day service is also available for last-minute concert apparel and event-week emergencies, subject to order size and design complexity.

More than 20,000 brands and organizations across Canada order through Merch Express, backed by a 4.9-star rating across 200+ verified Google reviews. This track record shows the collection delivers on both speed and quality for events of any size.

Customer Experiences

These guys are great. Walk us through our first order and design. They were really helpful. Just put in my second order with them and will not look anywhere else

Philip Greaney

★★★★★

Worked with budget promotion to create bucket hats for a bachelor party for 16 guys. They were able to accommodate our custom design onto the hats and they turned out better than expected. Loved the result and would be glad to work with them in the future. Special thanks to Rohan for going above and beyond to have our order ready. Thanks again!

We just had some hats made and Holly was incredible! She really showed care with her service and was quick to respond - you really feel in good hands and like you're speaking with a company that cares, which is hard to come by these days. Will definitely reach back to them for our future needs!
